Rosie Mae is 21 Months Old!

Every month, I take a photo of our daughter on her monthly birthday.  Here she is at 21 months: Her monthly birthday fell on the day after we came home from the hospital with Conor.  In the midst of a crazy, CRAZY day, I managed to grab my pro camera and snap this photo between...

Meet Conor.

This little fellow has stolen our hearts just like his sister did.  And she is the most smitten of all. Born January 3rd, 2014 at 11:03 pm.  8 pounds, 1 ounce, 19 inches long, and a 14.5 inch noggin.  🙂 He’s awesome. -Kerry:)

Grandparents’ Photo, 2013 – Irish Eyes Photography

Rosie Mae is not the first grandchild on her dad’s side.  Every year, Mike’s sister and brother’s families would get the kids together for a portrait to give to Mike’s parents at Christmas.  When I, a photographer came along, I got to start taking the photos. This is the third year I’ve taken them and...

Christmas Mini Session #3 – Irish Eyes Photography – Weymouth, MA

Today I get to share one last Christmas Mini Session from this past year.  There were a couple more sessions that weekend but I am very serious about respecting people’s privacy (you’ll note pseudonyms are often used here) and, so, not all sessions get to be shared.  It’s a bummer because there were some seriously...

Christmas Mini Session #2 – Irish Eyes Photography – Weymouth, MA

This mini session was a blast because it was with a brand new family to Irish Eyes Photography. Technically they did stop by the Halloween Mini Sessions as well, but they had already booked this appointment so I still count them as new.  🙂 Rain threatened to keep all the Mini Sessions indoors on this...

Got a camera for Christmas and want to learn how to use it? Have you had a camera since ten birthdays ago and you STILL don't know how to use it? Are you just loving photography and want to learn more to better your skills? Well I've got the classes you're looking for.

I offer Beginner and Intermediate classes for grown ups and kiddos alike. Classes are for ages 10 and up. I separate the beginner classes into age groups (10-14, 15-18, 18+) so people can feel the most comfortable with their peers. I also offer private classes for the introverts out there!

Classes are usually in the winter/spring. In addition to scheduled classes, if you want a private class, or, have a group of friends that want to take a class together, we can plan that out. Just call or email me to let me know what you're looking for and I will make it happen! (It IS possible to have classes scheduled in the Summer or Fall but it's just trickier to schedule. So get in touch if you have a desire!)

All classes take place here at the studio in Downtown Hingham MA. At times we do take a walk around the area to stretch our photography skills but we don't venture too far.

Classes are limited to 7 students per class to keep things easy and afford everyone a chance to ask plenty of questions.

Subjects covered:

-COMPOSITION

-manual settings (ISO, Aperture, Shutter Speed)

-lighting

2019 classes:
