I had an idea for a photoshoot that I really wanted to try as soon as the weather was nice.  I wanted to shoot a lemonade stand with some adorable girls drenched in sunshine.  I called up a client from the past, pitched my idea, and they were happy to help make my vision a reality.  The weather today (Saturday of Memorial Day weekend) also cooperated.  Here are the results...Would you like to buy a lemon???How do you say no to this cuteness?!?!I styled the shoot in my backyard with some simple props to make it really fun and unique.  That included a whole lotta lemons.  :)Sometimes, you gotta sample the merchandise! This was after taking a sip.  Must've been a bit tart!The great thing about doing a shoot like this with little ones is, they get to have fun playing with the props.  Not only does it give them something to do other than stand around and pose, but it makes my job easy; I just let them play and capture them doing it.  Meanwhile, the way they play usually ends up looking as if I posed them... in this case "working" a lemonade stand.  I get great shots and they have a ball! Everyone wins! These shots are almost completely unedited.  This haze that you see in all the photos was made 100% by the sunshine that we basked in that day.  Unbelievable! "Pleeeeeeeeeeease buy our lemonade!"  (What a pout!)Hard at work.She had just started walking a few days before this shoot.  Looks like she enjoys her new found mobility!What a goofball.  That's why I love her!

Photoshoots don't just have to be static with a backdrop or simply posed on a bench outside.  There are so many fun ideas out there... if you have your own vision of what you'd like to do, we, together, can make that happen!  Let's have some fun!  This shoot certainly was!
