Amy and Nick were just too much fun.  Too Much!  Their "geek chic" wedding came with all sorts of delightful throwbacks to various video games, swords, masks, and...chain link.  Their bridal party was an absolute ball to photograph.  This was one heck of a fun wedding.

It started with a first look at Emery Estate in Weymouth.  This historic mansion, open to the public, provided an amazing background for some wide shots!

I love this one of Nick.  So suave.

I happen to know that this bride and her family are huge fans of jumping pictures.  So, before the bride and her girls arrived, I snagged this one of the guys...

I think the guys may have won the "jump shot competition," but I do want to add this one of the girls landing.  They're so happy it may just beat out the guys in the air!  What do you think?

I LOVE this one of the gentlemen.  Work it fellas.  Work.  It.

I really love this shot of Amy posing on her own.  The original shot is the one on the left.  Nowadays, I don't throw a lot of heavy edits into my work, but this one just seemed to scream "vintage" to me.  So, I edited the middle one to have a more vintage, colored look, and the last obviously is black and white.  Which one is your favorite?  I can't decide.

Some pre-wedding snuggles.  I love the exciting intimacy of a first look.

The raddest bridal party there ever was.  Swords, chain link, and all.

Seriously!  SO FUN!!!

Everyone got their sillies out and then we headed to the church for a simply lovely ceremony.  Father Devere was outstanding.  I heard he is retired now.  That's too bad; this guy knows how to marry people.

Nault-Molina Wedding-0734

Every single one of the formal portraits after the ceremony is fun.  Every single one!  There isn't one boring aunt or uncle.  It was so hard to choose which ones to share because they're all hilarious.  No matter what, I had to share this one of the kids ROCKING the disgusted look.  Kissing is so gross.  Cooties.  ;)

I love this bridal party for this:

And for this:

A few years back, I met Lisa, the sister of the bride (pouting hilariously below) and Christine, the mother of the bride, when I did Lisa's senior portraits.  Since then, Rosie Mae (my daughter) and I have developed another relationship with Christine as avid listeners to her storytime at the library.  And now, through Amy's wedding, I've been able to get to know the rest of the clan.  Please allow me to take a moment to talk about how much these folks make me smile.  They have to be one of the nicest families out there.  Always happy and a ton of fun, the thought of any one of them makes me smile.  So thanks, guys, for working with me again.  You sure are awesome.  Maybe if I keep hanging around you, some of it will rub off on me.  :)  So these last few shots are just a celebration of this great family, and a thank you for letting me photograph this amazing and epic event.

Can you see Christine?  HILAROUS.

We wanted to nab a sweet mother-daughter portrait.  Dad spotted us and jumped in.  :)
