It's been a long time since I've blogged an actual session.  I've got an long list of sessions to blog and hopefully I'll get to catch up in the winter because work has been busy and wonderful and fun and lovely and I want to share the highlights of all of that with you!  As I was readying the social media files for this high school senior, I thought, I can quickly shoot off a good blog post and show these off.  And I'm so glad I'm doing that.  This session was a ton of fun and you're just going to fall in love with this guy.  I have since decided he and I are kindred spirits.  I've adored his family since I first met his mum.  When I was little she worked in my dad's building and, after school while he was busy working, I'd go and talk her ear off.  She put up with me which makes her just one of the loveliest people ever.  When it came time for her oldest to have his senior portraits taken*, she called me!  Again - just the loveliest.  I loved our session with her oldest and I am so happy to hear he's thriving in college (I knew he would).  Now it's R's turn to get ready to go out into the world and he's another one I know is going to just thrive like crazy.  Whatever these parents are doing, we need to bottle it up and all get some of it.  Two amazing boys who are strong in their identities, fun, creative, smart, and sweet.  You can't ask for more.OK enough blathering out of me (nothing's changed since I was a kid obviously).  For R's senior portraits, we went to The Arnold Arboretum in Jamaica Plain (part of Boston for those of you not local).  It was the perfect location for incredible backdrops and just to spend a late summer evening!  Take a look:R - you're incredible.  I can't wait to see what you do with your life.  I might need to friend you on Facebook just so I can watch how much butt you kick.  Would that be weird?
