A whole new space!

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...." I exhaled as I saw the new, redesigned, refinished website that I had finally found time to create. That's right folks -- those of you who have visited before remember the slow moving, clunky old site with it's heavy green color scheme and boring overall look.  Well, no more!  It's taken some work and there's still more to do (when isn't there?!), but for the most part, the site is up, running, running fast (hopefully), and, if I may say so myself, is quite beautiful.I can't take full credit; I purchased a special designer template and then my work started when I tweaked it to make it my own.  But before that even happened, I had to wear my webmaster hat and fix all the bugs that had creeped into my little space here on the interwebs.  Looks like we're pest-free for the moment so I'll be reveling in that! The big question is:  WHAT'S NEW?!?!Take a gander around!  There's a new "About Me" page, updated Portrait Prices and FAQ's pages (with updated pricing!), links to other places you can find Irish Eyes Photography on the web, a brand new way to peruse recent posts and categories... the list goes on and on!  Let me know what you think! The other big question:  WHAT CAN WE LOOK FORWARD TO?!?!?Like I said, there's still lots to do.

  1. Add a photo to the "About Me" section.  I have one in mind, but I have a few tweaks I'd like to make so it's framed nicely and such.
  2. Fix all the issues with my oldest posts.  For some reason, the photos from many of my first posts are missing.  I need to go back in, upload them again, and make sure they stick.
  3. Add more videos to my Youtube account.  I have a feeling once the bairn (that's 'baby' in Gaelic) arrives, there'll be no problem there.  I am in love with my new Flip Camera and will want to put it to good use. :)
  4. Add a page with wedding information, as well as a page with a list of recommended businesses and affiliations in the area.

What else?  You are here reading because you support Irish Eyes Photography.  What's missing?  Let me know!  And, let me know if you find any errors or wonky links while you're checking out the new digs.I'm pretty excited about my new space and all the possibilities it offers.   I hope you enjoy your stay.  Grab a cuppa tea and some yummy treat and dig in!-Kerry:)
