Come on over to Irish Eyes Photography's Downtown Hingham studio and spend some time with the Big Guy himself. Move over mall Santa...this is the real experience you've been looking for. No lines. No gimmicks. Your children will have their own time with Santa to chat, explore, and share in his magic. Children of all ages are welcome though keep in mind your session won't be posed; I will be candidly capturing the experience. I want to see the magic in your child's eyes as they read a book with Santa or learn about the special tools he uses to make Christmas work like clockwork. Of course I'll get a couple shots that are a little more traditional, but the real magic will be the honest belief and joy on your child's face.

Sessions are 20 minutes long. They're early enough in the year so you can use these for Christmas Cards, which you can also order and have designed just for you - right here at Irish Eyes Photography.

You will return to the studio two weeks later to view your gallery and order your prints, products, and Christmas Cards. No minimum purchase is required.

2021 dates: November 12th and 13th. (We’ve added a weekday this week for families who find their weekends full.)

Price: $250. A portion of your fee goes to a charity for local children.

COVID GUIDELINES: All must be masked unless actively being photographed to keep everyone safe.

Aesthetic: a Christmas picnic in front of a gorgeous red 1948 MG TC. Portraits will be taken in front of and around the car; no one is to get inside.

COVID: All Covid guidelines will be followed. No extra people may attend. As this is outside and distanced, no masks are required. I am fully vaccinated and will be at a distance from you at almost all times.

A week or two after your session, you'll meet me at my studio where you'll see your gallery and pick out your prints and products. You'll also pick out your Christmas Card design! Client feedback has shown time and time again that having everything taken care of for you at this hectic time of year has proved invaluable. (Masks required during this time together.)

The session fee is $175 for your session. Prints, products, and Christmas Cards are a la carte and have no minimum purchase requirement.

While my offering school portraits is nothing new, for some of you this maybe so welcome new friends!

Here's the gist: you stop by, we take some photos within a 10 minute window, and you're all done. Just like the photo corporation your school district does business with, I will choose the best image from our time together. BUT here's the difference: the risk of a bad shot is greatly reduced because 1: I'm a professional photographer. 2: YOU will be there to make sure the hair bow is 'just right' and that there's no marker on their face. 3: I make the experience a lot more fun than the assembly line situation that happens at most schools. Those who have come to me for their children's school portraits say they'll never go back to the in-school corporate shots because the experience is so much better. So come and check it out!

You will need to book multiple spots if you're bringing more than one child. Each booking is for one child only; sibling shots are not a part of this opportunity however I am always happy to book a family session with you!

ALL SESSIONS WILL TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE so no masking is required. I will be distanced but also happy to wear a mask should you like.
